The Demopolis Municipal Court handles the day-to-day operations of the court clerk’s office and court proceedings.

Hours and Court Proceedings

The Demopolis Municipal Court is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM.

You can sign warrants, trespassing notices, or get record checks on:
Monday  -  8:00 AM until 12:00 PM
Tuesday through Friday - 8:00 AM until   4:00 PM

Unless a court appearance is required:
Violators are able to pay their fines on
Monday  - 8:00 AM until 3:30 PM
Tuesday through Friday -   8:00 AM until 4:00 PM

Plea docket is held on the first three Mondays of each month at 4:00 PM and the trial docket is held on the fourth Monday of each month at 4:00 PM
